Public Offer — Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

This document is a public offer by visarunvietnam.com ("the Operator") to conclude an agreement on the booking and payment of transportation and visa services on the terms set out below. The website visarunvietnam.com ("the Service", "the Site") is operated by the Operator; VisaRun Vietnam is the trade name of the Service. Placing an order on the Site and/or paying for services constitutes full acceptance of this offer. "Client" means the person who placed an order; "Passenger" means a person named in the order.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Operator acts as an intermediary (agent) and does not perform transportation or visa services itself. Through the Site the Operator arranges for the Client, and accepts payment for, services performed by third parties ("Service Providers"): (a) transportation on visa run routes — bus trips to the Laos and Cambodia border checkpoints and back — performed by third-party carriers; (b) visa processing (stamp, visa, Cambodia visa) performed by authorized visa agents; (c) related services described on the Site. The list of services, routes, schedules and prices are published on the Site.

• The Operator's own services are: providing information, selecting a Service Provider, booking, accepting payment, order support and communication with the Client before, during and after the trip.
• The transportation and visa services themselves are performed by the Service Providers under their own rules (boarding, luggage, conduct on board, document requirements), which the Operator communicates to the Client on the Site or in the order confirmation. The Operator is not a carrier and does not issue visas.

3. Placing an Order

• You select a route, date and seats, and provide passenger details and contact information.
• By submitting an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate.
• Order confirmation is sent via your chosen messenger or email.
• The agreement is considered concluded once the Operator confirms your order.
• Along with this offer, the order is subject to the rules of the Service Provider performing the service; in case of conflict, this offer prevails.

4. Prices & Payment

• Prices are listed in Vietnamese dong (VND). The total order amount is shown before confirmation and includes all fees unless stated otherwise on the payment page.
• Payment is made online on the Site or via a payment link sent by the Operator, through payment agents (available methods are shown on the payment page), or by another method agreed with the Operator — including cash at boarding where confirmed by the Operator.
• If you pay in a currency other than VND, the amount is converted at the payment agent's exchange rate at the moment of payment.
• The service is considered paid once the payment agent confirms the payment. Bank card details are processed by the payment service and are never passed to the Operator.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation no later than 48 hours before departure — 100% refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before departure, or a no-show: as a general rule the payment is non-refundable; however, the Operator reviews every request individually and may, at its discretion, offer a full or partial refund or reschedule the trip, taking into account the circumstances and costs already incurred.
• Visa fees are non-refundable once documents have been submitted to the agent or border authorities.
• If a trip is cancelled by the Operator or the Service Provider (through no fault of the Client) — at the Client's choice: a 100% refund or rescheduling to another date.
• Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the order within 10 business days of approval; the time for funds to arrive depends on the payment service and your bank.
• To request a cancellation, contact us via the live chat on the Site, by email, or via the messenger listed in your order confirmation.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• You are responsible for having a valid passport and any required documents for border crossing.
• You must arrive at the designated boarding point on time.
• Passenger names must be in Latin characters and match your travel documents.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult and listed in the booking.

7. Visa Services

Visa processing services (stamp, visa renewal, Cambodia visa) are performed by authorized visa agents (Service Providers). The Operator accepts the documents and payment, passes them to the agent and keeps the Client informed of the progress, but cannot guarantee visa approval — the final decision rests with immigration authorities. A refusal by immigration authorities is not the fault of the Operator or the agent; visa fees are non-refundable after submission (see Section 5).

8. Limitation of Liability

• The transportation and visa services are performed by the Service Providers, who are responsible for their quality, safety and compliance with the law under their own rules. The Operator is not liable for the acts or omissions of the Service Providers; claims regarding the actual performance of a service are addressed to the Service Provider — the Operator forwards them and assists the Client in resolving them.
• We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by border authorities, weather, or road conditions.
• We are not liable for visa refusals by immigration authorities.
• We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
• Our total liability is limited to the order amount paid.

9. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment details (card and account numbers) are processed by the payment service and are never passed to the Operator.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation: send your claim to info@visarunvietnam.com — we respond within 10 business days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the court at the Operator's registered location.

11. Validity & Changes

This offer takes effect upon publication on the Site. The Operator may amend it; the current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
