⚠ How to fill in the Arrival Card (QR) — instructions →Stamp run (border and back)
The bus will drop you off near Huu Nghi Plaza. Enter the building. To reach the border checkpoint, you need to buy a ticket for the green electric shuttle (12,000 VND), follow the directional arrows to it, get on, and ride to the border.
1. Exit Vietnam by presenting your passport with a valid visa/stamp and receive an exit stamp.
2. Walk approximately 500 meters through the neutral zone.
3. Enter China (fill out the form).
4. After passing Chinese border control, immediately return to Vietnam; pass Chinese border control again, then the neutral zone, present your passport, and re-enter Vietnam.
5. Make sure to check the entry stamp in your passport and verify the expiration date (it is handwritten below the stamp); if the border officer makes a mistake, point it out immediately on the spot.
6. Take the same green electric shuttle back for 12,000 VND.
7. Return straightaway to the bus/car; the scheduled departure is at 1:50 p.m. The bus leaves only when all passengers have arrived. Try not to linger and help those who are lagging behind to save everyone time. To ensure the fastest possible route, no lunch stop is scheduled; you may bring a light snack with you.
