INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING OUT THE ELECTRONIC ARRIVAL CARD WHEN ENTERING CHINA VIA HUU NGHI — YOUYI PASS

It is recommended to fill out the electronic arrival card in advance. At the border, the internet may work slowly. Official form:

Filling it out is free. A separate Arrival Card and a separate QR code must be issued for each person.

Required information: ▪️ a clear photo of the passport page with personal data; ▪️ phone number; ▪️ email; ▪️ date of border crossing.

1. Start filling out Select: ▪️ Entry Declaration Do not select the form for residents of border areas. Read the rules, scroll down the page and click: “I AGREE”

2. Uploading the passport ▪️ Type of ID Document — Ordinary Passport Upload a clear photo of the passport page without glare, shadows, fingers, or cropped edges. The system will automatically recognize the passport data. Be sure to check it before continuing! Point of entry ▪️ Method of entry – On Foot Leave the field for flight, train, or vessel number blank, since the border is crossed on foot. Method of entry: When selecting the region and border checkpoint, specify ▪️ Region — Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region ▪️ City — Chongzuo ▪️ Checkpoint of Entry — Youyi Pass Important: Huu Nghi is the name of the checkpoint on the Vietnamese side. In the Chinese electronic form, you must select Youyi Pass.

3. Personal data Check that the surname, first name, passport number, nationality, gender, and date of birth fully match the passport. ▪️ Full name in Chinese — leave this field blank if you do not have an official name in Chinese. ▪️ Country/Region of birth — country of birth ▪️ Contact phone number — active phone number with country code ▪️ E-mail Adresss — active email address

For the question: Do you hold a valid visa or other entry permit? For entry under the visa-free regime, select: ▪️ No In the Entry Policy Selection field, select: ▪️ Visa-Free Entry This setting is suitable only for participants who are eligible to enter China without a visa. If you have a Chinese visa, the data must be entered according to that visa.

4. Trip information ▪️ Purpose of Entry — Others ▪️ Date of Entry — actual date of border crossing ▪️ Destination Cities in China — Chongzuo ▪️ Cities of Transit in China — leave blank ▪️ City — Chongzuo ▪️ Address — leave blank ▪️ Do you have any inviting entities or inviters in China? - No ▪️ Confirmed Departure Itinerary – No

After filling it out, click Submit.

5. Confirmation ▪️ Need to help your companion fill the form? - No ▪️ Check the box: “Read and agree to the above statements” ▪️ Click to sign Provide an electronic signature with your finger or cursor. The signature can be a regular one — as in your passport or in your usual version.

6. Receiving the QR code After submission, an Entry Declaration Receipt with a QR code will appear.

❗️Be sure to: • take a screenshot of the entire page; • save the QR code on your phone; • check that it is fully visible; • show it at the Chinese border.

⚠️ Most common mistakes • the wrong region or city is selected; • country of nationality and country of birth are mixed up; • first name or surname does not match the passport; • the passport photo is blurry or cropped; • the QR code is not saved on the phone.

Fill in the data carefully. If there is any error in the passport or itinerary information, it is better to issue the QR code again before the trip.
